Who is the controller of your personal data?

EXPLOTACIONES AGRÍCOLAS HERMANOS CHUMBOS, S.L. is the Controller of the User's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Depending on the form where we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available on the website. (based on the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR)
  • To send newsletters, news, offers, and online promotions. (based on the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR)

Resume (CV) and Newsletter Form

  • To involve the data subject in personnel selection processes and analyze the applicant's profile with the aim of selecting a candidate for the vacant position. (based on the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR)
  • To send newsletters, news, offers, and online promotions. (based on the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR)

Ethical or Whistleblowing Channel Form

  • To properly manage the ethical channel, processing the corresponding irregularities reported through it, and deciding on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation, in order to detect possible crimes and prevent the imposition of any type of liability, as well as to avoid any type of conduct contrary to the internal or external regulations of the entity. (for compliance with a legal obligation, art. 6.1.c GDPR)

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or as long as there are legal requirements dictating its custody. When no longer necessary, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee its anonymization or total destruction. Resume data will be kept as long as its deletion is not requested by the data subject or for 1 year from the last confirmation of interest.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing. In such cases, data may be shared with our communication-related service providers, with whom the Controller has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights assisting the User are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the right to limit or object to its processing.
  • Right to file a claim with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the Controller is true and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.

The Controller informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. If all data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.

3. Security Measures

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the Controller is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The Controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
