Ethical Channel

This Ethical Channel, also known as the Internal Information System, arises from the commitment of EXPLOTACIONES AGRICOLAS HNOS CHUMBOS, S.L. to regulatory and legal compliance.
To guarantee the confidentiality of the channel, as well as the security and integrity of communications, only the individual designated by the respective Administrative Bodies as the System Manager has access to the communications and/or reports submitted. Under no circumstances does any other member of the company have access to the channel. In this way, we also guarantee objectivity and impartiality in the processing of the communications and/or reports submitted.
Any act that may constitute retaliation is strictly prohibited in accordance with the provisions of Art. 36 of Law 2/2023, of February 20.
This channel can be used by any person, whether they are part of the Company or external to it, who has become aware of or has evidence of the existence of conduct leading to regulatory, legal, and/or criminal non-compliance.
Communications and/or reports may be anonymous or non-anonymous and may contain any doubts or inquiries regarding ethics and regulatory compliance. All will be received and analyzed diligently, rigorously, and confidentially, and treated according to the procedure established for this purpose, based on best practices, with the aim of providing a response and orderly treatment. This channel cannot be used for the submission of complaints or claims referring to the Company's products and/or services, nor for sending commercial communications. This channel is not enabled for the reception of Curriculum Vitae (C.V.). Any C.V. submitted through the Ethical Channel will be destroyed immediately.
